An assistant is required by all politicians either MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly) or MP (Member of Parliament) or at Municipalities and Panchayat level to assist them in political proceedings, developmental works, policy implementation, and all other miscellaneous work and everything revolves around political decisions in a country like India.

One aspect may be it is not accepted as a reputable and stable job and people with good degrees and potential migrate. An amount of Rs. 20,000 is paid by the government to the MLA’s assistant and Rs. 40,000 to the MP’s assistant. NEMC, at present, is just a vision to create a brand in the field of politics. The idea of NEMC struck to establish a political consultancy and select proficient people from diverse fields to place them with MLAs and MPs. Intellectuals, achievers, and experienced personals from diverse areas of society from the field of politics, IT, Media, Designing, Environment, Education, Engineering, Industries, Architecture, Clothing, printing and press, and Social Services, etc constitute our team. The base of NEMC would lie in its Political consultancy cell. The political consultancy cell under NEMC would get a memorandum of understanding signed between NEMC and its client, who would be an MLA, MP, or other of a particular constituency. Under this MOU, NEMC will be liable to recruit a highly qualified and multi-talented extraordinary young mind from various colleges through a series of selection procedures. The candidate will be given the post of “Parliamentary Secretary” to the respective client. The needs and clauses of the respective client will be taken care of in this selection procedure. Succinct Job Details of ‘Parliamentary Secretary’-Apart from working for the client’s political aims, the recruited ‘Parliamentary Secretary’ will even focus on creating an environment of positive change and development, would conduct a detailed survey of the constituency ward wise and collect all the relevant data in the proper guidance of the authority sitting in the head office heading the political consultancy cell, would deeply study about all the government schemes running or about to be run in the constituency, prepare DPR for the area under the guidance of experts at NEMC in coordination with our client and further facilitate our other concerned cells under NEMC to work efficiently on those government/non-government projects.
